Hyperboloid mixers are widely used for suspended solids, liquids and gas mixing during wastewater treatment.
These mixers are suitable for hot liquids as well as highly concentrated and aggressive substances.
Mixed substance temperature: ≤ 40o C (submersible type installation);
Mixed substance density: ≤ 1200 kg/m3;
Submersion depth: ≤ 10 m (submersible type installation) and ≤ 5 m (dry type installation).

Mixer selection depends on the shape and dimensions of the tank, substance features and installation type. It is important that length-width proportion does not exceed 2:1. If it does, the tank should be divided into several zones with mentioned proportion to ensure effective operation.
Hyperboloid mixer configuration includes a drive unit (motor and gearbox), impeller, mounting base, shaft and lifting device.
